Terms & Conditions of TMU Tutorials for iPad, iPhone and Mac

You are granted a non-exclusive limited license to use the sold through this App and our website (www.TheMacU.com) by SwansonDigital Inc. 

1. Acceptance of Terms
TheMacU provides video tutorials to you subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”).  If you do not agree to the TOS, then you should not use the TMU Tutorials App or www.TheMacU.com.

2. Tutorials Licensing & Usage
All of our tutorials are copyrighted. You are not allowed to copy or redistribute these files in any way.

3. Product Compatibility
The TMU Tutorials App is designed to be compatible with the latest iOS & macOS operating systems, but we can give no guarantee that all features with work with all future versions of the iOS & macOS operating systems. 

4. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of TheMacU (SwansonDigital, Inc). Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

5. Content
All content, including imagery, published in the TMU Tutorials App and on www.TheMacU.com is the property of SwansonDigital, Inc and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the TMU Tutorials App or www.TheMacU.com shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of SwansonDigital, Inc.

6. Support
TheMacU offers these tutorials “as is,” with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or instantly make you an expert on the topic. We do not offer further support or training beyond the video tutorials themselves. We do, however, offer support for errors and bugs pertaining to the App or tutorials.
