GAIA GPS is a Maps and GPS tracking app that is a fantastic tool when you are out of cell tower range but still need to know where you are. With a huge variety of maps and map layers that can be downloaded for offline use GAIA GPS is great when hiking, biking or driving in the backcountry or wilderness. In this overview tutorial we take a look at how to use the Health App that comes installed on every iPhone. With the this App its possible to track a wide variety of different health categories. The data can be input manually or automatically with connected devices and Apps. In the lessons we go over how to do it each way with a few different devices like an Apple Watch, Eufy Smart Scale and Qardio Arm Blood Pressure Monitor.
